DEG is a private investment firm providing equity capital to small and middle market companies. We provide funding for pursuit of growth opportunities, ownership changes and recapitalizations. DEG acquires interests in a broad range of industries all related to engineering and infrastructure industries. Preferred investment size is $4.0 million to $30.0 million, although through our network of relationships, we are capable of consummating much larger financings.

DEG typically invests alongside management, and often with other equity groups. The Group invests primarily in companies that are based in emerging markets and favors those, which are significant participants in growing segments of the service, distribution and manufacturing sectors of the economy.
